Matthieu Alix
Florent Prouteau
Passionate winegrowers aware of the demands of our profession, we have the good fortune to be surrounded by a team that gives their very best every day to produce the finest grapes. Passion, patience, precision, rigor, sharing and communication are the attributes that best describe the team around us.
GUY-NOËL
Guy-Noël is Les Canons’ joker. He joined the team in 2019 and after 20 years spent working the vines, there is not much that he does not know. He keeps a careful eye on the vineyard and his candor is only matched by his cheerful everyday attitude.
Philippe
Philippe is the company’s farmer. He joined our team in 2019 and divides his time between the estate’s vines and his fields, which he tends with the same careful attention. A fine mechanic and experienced tractor driver, he is an invaluable asset to Les Canons, a real Jack of all trades.
Céline
Having worked on the estate for a dozen years, she is a real whirlwind, overflowing with energy. Her efficiency and tenacity have earned her a solid reputation. “Whoever follows her won’t stop”.
MAËL
Alongside us since 2019, he is the youngest member of the team. Always early, motivated, with a listening ear and a can-do attitude, he is keen to learn and enthusiastically and cheerfully gets involved in all the work in the vineyard. He learns daily and we are proud to have such a motivated young person on the team.
Héloïse
Also part of the adventure since 2019, Héloïse impresses us with her assurance and self-confidence in the face of each new challenge. Hardworking and thorough, she runs a tight ship when it comes to the tractors and teams and has quickly made herself an indispensable team member.
HUGUES
Hugues joined Les Canons in 2021 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of our listing and distribution among professionals in France and abroad, with whom he shares his passion and our estate’s values.
Affable, smiling and at ease whatever the situation, we are delighted that he is part of our team.
