Case of six 75-cl bottles.
Grape variety: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grolleau, Gamay and Pineau d’Aunis
Terroir: Anjou gravel
Harvest: mechanical harvesting, early in the morning to preserve the freshness of the juices.
Vinification: Separation of the first juices. Nitrogen pressing to protect the juices from oxidation, gradual rise in pressure.
No maceration, wine constantly protected with carbon dioxide and nitrogen during transport to preserve its pale color and the freshness of its aromas.
Wine profile: Our ultra-fresh Rosé de Loire reveals a delicate bouquet of fresh, gourmand fruit, underpinned by light citrus notes and a beautiful minerality. An elegant and subtle rosé.
Tasting note: Our Rosé de Loire presents a beautiful pale pink, almost grey, shade. On the nose, we find red berry and citrus aromas and almost a slight saltiness. It is light and refreshing on the palate, with fresh fruit notes and a lovely tension.
Rootedness, environment, tradition, transmission… The values that make up the daily life of the domain.
Nestled at the heart of the Layon Valley, the estate has been run by our family for eleven generations, since 1674 to be precise.
Passionate winemakers, we are lucky to be surrounded by a team that gives his best every day.
