Vinification: Separation of the first juices. Protection of the juices with carbon dioxide, cold settling. Selection of the clear juices. Short vinification in stainless steel vats to preserve the fruit of the grape variety.
Wine profile: This light, fresh and fruity Sauvignon Blanc exudes notes of wild peach and pink grapefruit. A fine and crisp dry white wine.
Tasting note: A slightly floral, fresh fruit-forward nose with notes of grapefruit and citrus. Generous and finely crafted on the palate. A nice overall tension and a lovely long finish.
PAIRING: This cuvée will pair wonderfully with shellfish, oysters and white meat.
